You know everything about what you sold in. Here’s what happened after.
We pulled 120 days of live Untappd data on Sarene’s own portfolio: every menu your brands sat on, every placement that quietly appeared or disappeared, and what drinkers said about it. None of it is in VIP.
New states, new categories, a book in motion. This is the visibility layer for exactly that moment.
245 accounts, menus read daily
942 check-ins / 30 days
587 unique drinkers

Across NY, NJ, CT, PA, OH, IN and KY, here’s what the consumer layer sees on your six flagship brands.
Everything on this page is pulled from live data, not a mockup. Every number can be re-run in front of you on a call.
Most churn is just rotation, and you already price that in. But 68 placements this spring had held 60+ days before they vanished.
Those 68 weren’t rotators doing rotator things. They looked settled right up until they weren’t, and each one is a conversation a rep could have had that same week. For context, here’s the full weekly rhythm underneath: your book gained 237 placements this spring and lost 263.

Placements lost
Of the 322 placements that ended during the window, 68 had held for 60 or more observed days before they disappeared. That’s the share of your churn that isn’t rotation. It’s the part worth a phone call, and it’s the part nobody’s watching between rep visits.
Thirsty Dog has quietly lost a quarter of its accounts in your footprint since March.
90 accounts carried Thirsty Dog the week of March 8. Last week it was 66. Consumer check-ins tell the same story: down 41% nationally versus the same month last year (last year’s check-ins aren’t state-tagged, so year-over-year runs national to keep it apples to apples). Neither number shows up in sell-in data until the reorders stop, and by then the tap is already someone else’s.

Off menu — Jul 2, 2026
on the menu, continuously. About as permanent as a placement looks, and now it’s gone. The venue’s menu stayed live and kept updating after July 2, so the beer came off, not the data. Multiply this by the 24 accounts Thirsty Dog lost this spring and that’s the difference between a rep schedule built on data and one built on last quarter’s memory.
Boochcraft placements are sticky but stalled. That’s worth knowing on purpose.
The good news: where Boochcraft lands, it stays. Multiple accounts have held it every single day of the 120-day window. The flat part: it’s been parked at 22 to 24 accounts in your footprint all spring, no growth since March. Whether that’s the plan or a surprise is exactly the kind of thing this dashboard is for.
Accounts that haven’t let it go

Six brands, six different stories. Only one of them is growing with drinkers year over year.
Account counts are your footprint states, week by week since March. Year-over-year compares consumer check-ins from Jun 7 to Jul 6 against the same window last year. This whole view refreshes daily.
At your median account, 105 of 106 menu items belong to someone else. We see those too.
Which competing brands sit next to yours, how long they’ve held, and how drinkers rate them against your book, venue by venue. You already know your own sales. This is everyone else’s shelf, at your own accounts.

Sell-Through
What’s actually on the menu and what drinkers think of it, day by day.
The headlines, the watch-outs, and the stuff that’s just fun to know.
- Lakefront is quietly your growth brand: the only one up with drinkers year over year (+7%) and it added accounts this spring (65 to 70).
- Carton’s Twin Outboard Whaler is the best-rated beer in your whole book right now: 4.35★ across recent footprint check-ins.
- 1 in 5 drinkers came back for a second check-in on your brands within 30 days. That’s genuine repeat behavior, not curiosity.
- Where Boochcraft lands, it stays: multiple accounts have held it every single day we can see.
- Thirsty Dog lost 24 accounts since March and check-ins are down 41% nationally versus last year. The data flagged it weeks before a rep route would.
- Your book lost more placements than it gained this spring: 263 out, 237 in. And 1 in 5 of the losses had held 60+ days.
- Port City is steady on menus while engagement softens: check-ins down 29% nationally year over year. Menus lag; sentiment leads.
- One drinker checked in your brands 43 times in 30 days. Roughly three Sarene beers every two days. Find this person. Buy them a hat.
- Saturday is your book’s biggest day with drinkers, with Sunday a close second. Your beers are a weekend ritual.
- 587 different people logged one of your six brands in your footprint in the last 30 days, each one venue-tagged and rated.
